A few days ago, T-Mobile customers experienced an outage. While there were some customers who were unable to make calls or do basic functions on their phones, there were others who lost service completely. And some users on an iPhone 11 did not default to the emergency SOS satellite indicator that their device should. Instead, they simply lost service without any explanation.

Metro by T-Mobile closing its corporate-owned stores
